YOUR PLACE WITHIN OUR COLLECTIVE
As part of its ambition to strengthen its activities in Saudi Arabia and more broadly in the Gulf region, Apexagri wishes to consolidate the execution of its strategic missions in the field.
This position is at the heart of this dynamic and offers the opportunity to be a key player in projects carried out in the region, working closely with the central team. Working closely with local partners and missions, you will embody Apexagri’s operational continuity in the field and help to build lasting relationships of trust, which are essential to the success of projects and the firm’s establishment in the region.
This position is a managerial role involving a high degree of autonomy, supervising project teams and acting as a point of contact for local clients and partners.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the operational execution of projects in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, deadlines and deliverable quality.
- Coordinate between field teams, consultants and local partners.
- Provide regular, comprehensive reports to management and the central team.
- Participate on an ad hoc basis in identifying future opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships of trust with local clients and partners, acting as the main operational point of contact.
YOUR PROFILE
- Graduate of an agricultural engineering school, specialising in rural development/agriculture, or holder of a Master’s degree related to innovation, strategy and project management in the agricultural sector.
- You have at least seven years’ experience in managing complex international projects and operational management in the field, ideally in institutional or international consulting contexts.
- You have already supervised teams and/or coordinated multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in the Middle East or Africa is a plus.

Position based in Paris with frequent and regular travel to Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
